Can I order more than one outfit?
Yes, you can order multiple outfits. Any outfits you wear, take the security ribbon off. Any outfits that are returned with the security ribbon still intact will be refunded with a “100% off” voucher to use on our website as we’ll assume they weren’t worn.
What if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?
If you receive your outfit and it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, do not remove the security ribbon and when you send it back, we will issue you a “100% off” voucher to spend on our website.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds however we will offer a “100% off” voucher to spend on our website as as long as the security ribbon is still attached.
What if I damage my outfit?
We understand that accidents happen, don’t worry too much if its only a slight damage or stain. Usually our laundering services are able to sort this. If you damage your outfit beyond repair however, you will be charged the RRP of the outfit.
Should I clean my outfit?
No, please don’t attempt to clean your item, our laundering services will sort it!
Can I buy my outfit?
We try to encourage re-using garments to keep them out of landfill so usually we don’t offer the option to buy the outfit however if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Can I buy my rental?” we will be able to check if it happens to be available to sell at that time.
How do returns work?
You will be provided with a re-useable bag and a returns label, please pop the item back in the bag and the label on the front. You will then have to drop off the item at the nearest Royal Mail post office. Please ensure to keep your proof of postage.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book as far in advance as you’d like to. But please ensure at least 3 working days before your event to ensure it arrives on time.
Rental period ends on Sunday?
Don’t worry, you can just post it the next working day.
Proof of postage?
Please keep your proof of postage as you may need this if anything happens to your item on the way back to us.
Outfit arrived early? Does it matter?
Don’t worry if your item arrives early, it just means no one had it booked prior to you and it won’t affect the rental period.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order but if you cancel within 7 days of the delivery date, you will still have to pay the rental fee. Please see our Cancellation Policy in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you have a physical store?
We have a physical shop at 23 Madoc Street, Llandudno, North Wales where we sell old or unwanted stock although the current Eco Wardrobe stock is not held at this store.
Can I extend my rental period?
If you’d like to extend your rental period, please send us an email at email@example.com requesting this and for how long. The answer will depend on whether or not that particular item is booked by anyone else.
Can I remove the ribbon?
If the outfit fits and you’re going to wear your item please remove the ribbon. If the ribbon is removed we will assume you have worn it. If you leave the ribbon on, we will issue you with a “100% off” voucher to spend on our website as you didn’t wear it.
Lost my returns label?
If you have lost your returns label, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Lost returns label” and we will supply you with another.
It has labels on still?
If your items arrive with the shop label on still don’t worry, you can take them off. It just means you’re the first person to hire this item.
